As a Center Director, you will be accountable for the organization and management of an entire Center. Key responsibilities include: The planning and implementation of programs and activities to ensure compliance with regulations and the supervision and coaching of teaching and support staff to ensure their success and development. Candidates for this position must be able to interface and work with parents and volunteers in a positive manner. |
Monthly salary range:
$3,513 to $4,392

This hands-on food service position, works in a center kitchen preparing and delivering meals to the Head Start Centers. Required a High School diploma, or equivalent of education and experience. Minimum 1 year of food preparation and kitchen cleaning experience. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. |

The Home Educator is responsible for maintaining weekly in-home visits with a case load of 11 families. Home Base interventions include; establishing a trusting relationship, provide ongoing support, and assist in strengthening the parent/child relationship by creating goals to support health and developmental related outcomes through coaching, guidance, and education. Assist parents to improve their skills to optimize the home as a learning environment, improve the family support system and increase the family’s ability to identify and solve problems using a strength-based model. |

The primary responsibility is to answer telephones and provide information and route calls to the appropriate person. Greet and provide customer service to internal customers, OCHS families, business and professional contacts, and visiting guests. Collect and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, including coordinating express pick-up and delivery. Other responsibilities include providing administrative support to executive department staff, ordering standard office supplies and special orders as requested. This position also provides general administrative support to the executive department, which includes copying, faxing, filing, calendaring, arranging meetings, and coordinating meeting arrangements and notices. |
