The purpose of this reference page is to provide Orange County Head Start, Inc. (OCHS) staff, governing bodies, parents and community partners with agency plans, policies & procedures, and reports as a reference and guide while performing day-to-day interaction and planning activities.

These plans and policies & procedures have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate governing bodies, as well as the Executive Director and Division Directors of OCHS.  These plans and policies & procedures reflect current OCHS operational models or standards.
